Reconnecting With My Bliss

Deepak Chopra says nothing is more important than reconnecting with our bliss. What if you don’t think you had any bliss in the first place to reconnect to?

I write a blog foremost because I love to write. I have lived with depression most of my life, and I blog some about that, but about a lot of other things that interest me, too, such as greyhounds and kittens and our dying planet.

  1. Or what if you’re sure even what is bliss? (Dictionary definitions really not enough.) And does bliss have to be collective (‘our’) or can it be personal (‘my’, ‘your’)?
